Registration / Cancellation Policy

• Due to facility capacity, space is limited and early registration is encouraged.
• Cancellations received before November 1, 2006 are refundable less a $30 administrative fee.
• Cancellations received between November 1 2006 and Dec 31, 2006 are refundable less 25%
.. of the price at the time of registration.
• Cancellations received after January 1, 2007 are non-refundable.
• The SEVC will be held regardless of weather.
• No-shows will be charged full conference fees. However, all registrations can be transferred to
.. another company rep at on-site registration.
